The Interiors
THE CASA LOUNGE
A grand space with 6 metre high cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling glass. Slide open the bi-fold doors for that beautiful indoor / outdoor experience flowing onto the ARC COURTYARD. The North facing orientation means you will enjoy sun streaming in and warming you in the Winter months along with a wood fired heater in this area.
THE CASA BEDROOMS
The Casa’s 6 bedrooms all include beautiful linen. The Master Bedroom features a stunning 4 poster bed, sunroom and full en-suite with bath. The 2 Family Rooms have their own en-suites and separate entrance with dappled sunlight from the North. The 2 Queen Bedrooms look out to the Arc Courtyard and acreage beyond. The Bunk Room is spacious with 2 sets of single loft and queen beds.
THE DINING
A beautiful intimate space designed around brasserie style dining with 3.6 metre banquette seating and large dining table to share food and laughter with loved ones. It also features an ambient 3 sided gas fireplace for cosy winter feasts.
THE KITCHEN
Truly at the heart of THE CASA, where you can cook up a feast or spoil yourself with a catered celebration. The kitchen features a huge island and a separate bar with bar fridge. The kitchen is generously stocked with all the basics needed for your stay.
THE GALLERY
A grand loft space that has stunning views of the Red Rock escarpment and flows out to the undercover GALLERY DECK. Lounge on the generous sofa while you take in the natural surrounds or challenge your friends to a fun game of pool on the custom designed billiard table.
THE PARLOUR
An exquisite and intimate salon-style space to retreat to. It can be closed off with beautiful steel and glass doors, for privacy and relaxation by the open wood fireplace.
THE READING ROOM
Stretch out and relax on the 5 metre built in daybed enjoying some quiet contemplation while gazing out to the grounds and green view beyond.
The Exteriors
THE ARC COURTYARD
The north facing patio and courtyard connected to THE CASA LOUNGE, featuring seating and a fireplace with pizza oven and BBQ grill. Enjoy this alfresco space that offers views of the grounds, magnolia and fruit trees and escarpment beyond.
THE GALLERY DECK
Enjoy a sunset champagne up on the loft deck and gaze out on the grounds and farmland beyond or up to the spectacular escarpment.
RED ROCK DINING AND FIREPIT
Enjoy sunset views of the Red Rock Escarpment when you dine alfresco on the two long white outdoor tables under the ambient festoon lights. After dinner relax around the firepit listening to the wildlife and gazing up at the stars.
THE CASA CABANA BAR AND POOL
A fun covered bar area complete with vintage tiki bar, built in seating and swings that extends to the refreshing 3.5m crystal blue plunge pool. Enjoy beautiful views of the grounds and escarpment.
THE CASA COURT
Enjoy meandering around the 8 acres of park like grounds discovering the beautiful trees and wildlife.
There is a dam at the far South Western corner that is not fenced.
Please note, there are two beehives near the dam at the south western end of the property. Please supervise children. Please do not disturb the bees.
GUEST WARNING: The dam is not fenced so please beware if you have children or guests that cannot swim.
The dam is not suitable for swimming.
