Chef Katrina has been living a sustainable lifestyle for 30 years and operating on sustainable practices for 12 years. It’s not a fad for us, it is the way we do it. Our home is completely off-grid and our commercial kitchen premises are powered by 100% green power. Our commitment to the environment is at the core of everything we do. We are constantly attempting to eliminate waste and cut down on plastic use in the kitchen. Food scraps come home and go into the compost to provide fertility to the soils in our kitchen garden which in turn provides many of the vegetables, herbs and edible flowers we use in the business. We source food and other items from wonderful suppliers who share our passion for sustainability.
